DENIED (7) did a bit of work from a wide draw then faded in the straight when unplaced at Eagle Farm last start but before that led and won as a short-priced favourite in Class 1 over this course and distance. Drawn nicely and looks well-placed to give this a shake. BRAVE MASO (4) enjoyed box seat run last start and stuck on solidly for third over 1m in this grade at Sunshine Coast. Looks a genuine chance again. PRICE COST (5) is coming off two-straight wins and from a good draw can make his presence felt. QUADRI (8) was well beaten last start but prior to that was fourth at Doomben in 6 ¾f Class 2 and has claims on best form. NIGHTSTICK (3) wasn't beaten far in town last start and before that was a winner this course and distance. Should run well again here.
