Meets a similar line up and is capable of taking this out if he can reproduce his win two starts back. MONTANA NIGHTS (7) has been a bit hot and cold and that continued last start when he finished second, beaten a nose, in a nice return to form at this track over 1m. Gets a soft run on the inside of the second line but may need luck at some point. Facing a tougher assignment but he is up to the task. THE DUDE (8) has to come into calculations on the back of some strong recent form, most recently when fourth at Newcastle over 1 ¼m. Must be included. SHADOW ECLIPSE (10) could only finish eighth over 1 ³⁄₁₆m at this track most recently. In the mix if he can recapture his best form.
